Land Use Planning

Property research and research of state land use laws and local codes are necessary to determine the status and rights of the property. Preliminary designs are then developed and evaluated for feasibility. Upon your approval of the design, a land use planning application is developed with a design narrative and supporting graphics. Supporting graphics may include plans, elevations, perspectives, and/or charts. They can be very persuasive in gaining public support and agency approval of your project.
