Landscape Construction Services

A variety of landscape construction services are available to assure that the project is installed and recorded properly. A preconstruction meeting with the contractor is useful to review the plan and discuss any questions, scheduling, staging, or requested substitutions.  Site visits to observe construction progress help assure the plans are being followed correctly and questions are answered promptly. Construction observation is followed with a report on construction progress.  Review of shop drawings is useful to assure they meet design objectives.  Inspection of plants is useful prior to planting to assure quality. Nursery visits may be needed to select specimen plants or plant substitutions. As-built drawings will give you an accurate record of the installation.
